Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SignalKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SignalKit on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

SignalKit provides brand visibility tracking across AI language model platforms. We query those platforms with prompts you define and analyse the answers for brand mentions, sentiment, positioning and citations. Results are stored and presented through a web dashboard, a REST API and an MCP connector. Optional integrations read data from services you connect — Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Cloudflare — and an optional first-party pixel counts AI-referred visits to your own site.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of people you invite to your company.

4. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google Analytics, Google Search Console or Cloudflare, you confirm that you are authorised to grant SignalKit read access to that property or zone. SignalKit requests read-only access, reads only the property you select, and uses what it reads solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. When you connect Slack, you confirm that you may add the SignalKit app to that workspace; it posts only to the channels you choose, lists public channel names, and reads no messages. You can disconnect an integration at any time from project settings; you can also revoke SignalKit's access from the provider's own account settings. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms, and SignalKit is not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their APIs.

5. Your data

You own the prompts, brand configuration and integration data you bring to SignalKit, and the measurements we collect for you. You grant us a licence to process them only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignalKit to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) submit prompts designed to produce harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service beyond your plan limits; (d) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; (e) connect an integration, install the pixel on a site, or track a brand you have no right to; (f) resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product without our written agreement.

7. Billing and plans

Billing belongs to your account and combines all its projects. Each active prompt in each selected region of a switched-on project costs US$3 per month; a project you switch off is neither measured nor billed. Projects and team seats have no separate fee. Saving a card does not start a subscription; you authorize billing with the Start monitoring action. A card is required before the first tracked prompt runs.

The one-time US$6signup credit reduces Stripe invoices and carries forward until used. Normal monthly billing continues after the credit is used. Changes to active prompts, regions or a project's switch are prorated on the next invoice. Included feature allowances are listed on our pricing page. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your collected results and exports remain available afterwards. Refunds are provided at our discretion. If a payment fails, new monitoring pauses until payment recovers.

8. Data and accuracy

LLM responses are generated by third-party AI systems and may change over time. SignalKit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or consistency of LLM outputs. Every rate and count SignalKit reports is measured from the answers it collected, over the cohort it states beside them, and should be used as a directional indicator rather than an absolute measure. Figures read from Google Analytics, Search Console and Cloudflare are those providers' figures and are subject to their own sampling, thresholds and delays.

9. API and connector use

The REST API and MCP connector are provided for your own use of your own data, subject to the rate limits published in our documentation. API keys are personal to your account; anything done with a key is done by you. We may throttle or suspend keys that harm the service.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SignalKit at any time, and may ask us to close your account and delete your data by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, fails to pay, or creates a security or legal risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections 5, 8, 11 and 12 survive.

11. Limitation of liability

SignalKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms. For material changes to the terms we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use of SignalKit after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
